Buying for Christmas?

As a Christmas present from us to you - we're offering free delivery on all our items* until the 19th December and additionally any orders from now until Christmas will be given a 14 day return period starting from 25th Dec 2008. Please note the last day for delivery before Christmas is 23rd Dec 2008. Orders made 19th-23rd Dec 2008 will be subject to £5 delivery charge to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

Returns

We are happy to Refund or Exchange your goods as long as you can answer YES to all of the following:

  1. The Refund/Exchange request takes place within 14 days from when the item was received.
  2. The goods remain complete and undamaged preferably with the original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.

OR

  1. If your item is faulty and under warranty.
